Love Your Body Workout Challenge

We are 2 days away from wrapping up the 21 day Love Your Body Workout Challenge and it’s been so fun sharing 21 days of workout options, tips, and tricks. I was sharing workouts live on both fb and instagram all month and also shared some of my older workout content from youtube channels, digital workouts plan and more. If you missed out you can still print the workout schedule and planner then follow along with all the Feb. videos and posts over on facebook.

The goal of this challenge was to complete as many of the workout options suggested in 21 days by being flexible about your options. You could pretty much do any type of workout similar to the ones listed, take days off, double up on other days, etc. The focus is consistency and a can do attitude which is something all my most successful clients learn in sessions with me.

In March I’ll be focusing on genetic based program design and sharing all the amazing things I learned from that certification as well as my own experience getting tested for dozens of genotypes and how that will impact the way I eat, train, and recover in 2021. I’ll be taking a break from fb and instagram to create more youtube videos and other great health and fitness content for this new be healthy blog. Thanks for stopping by.
