what if i have many health issues?

Health issues are one of the top reasons clients choose to work with me. I have worked with pre-diabetic and diabetics, clients with arthritis, fybromyalgia, chronic back pain, migraines, scoliosis, as well as clients recovering from cancer and undergoing radiation. A properly designed health and fitness plan may assist with healing.

Can I stay on the diet plan I’m on?

You can eat any way you feel works best for you. I’ve had clients lose weight and get healthy on low carb, vegan, commercial diet plans, and intermittent fasting. But if your approach is not working I am always happy to suggest alternatives based on your health assessment.

How long will the assessment take?

Your assessment can take anywhere from 20-40 minutes depending what is going on with your body. It is a simple no stress process and necessary to create the best plan for your goals. Many people worry it will delay getting started but in reality it is the most important part of your training because without assessing we are only guessing. A good evaluation will tell us exactly what your body needs to reach your goal faster and with fewer setbacks.

how long do you think my goal will take?

Some clients reach their goal in 4 weeks and others in 4 months while some reach them in 9 months and others take several years. The answer really depends on your commitment to your goals and we can discuss strategies to strengthen that commitment for success in a time period that feels right for you.

will you give me things to do on my own?

Absolutely yes! I love giving my clients all the workout options they can handle and have been uploading digital workouts plans since 2003 and uploading workouts videos to various platforms since 2009. It’s one of my favorite ways to help you get results faster. We can even combine in person with online sessions if you like for a special rate.

I’m currently injured will that be an obstacle?

Injuries are not an obstacle to training when they are prioritized and we focus on healing them first. We will also work around them to improve your strength, endurance, metabolism and health without causing further damage to the injured area.
