12 Days of Fitmas Fat Burn

12 Days of Fitmas Fat Burn

Welcome to this year’s 12 Days of Fitmas Fat Burn!  This year is going to be slightly different than past years of this Xmas vlogging tradition.  Instead of daily workout it’s going to be one new exercise per day and you’ll be adding up the days as you go just like the 12 days of Christmas song!  Fitmas will be even more time efficient and fun way to stay active during the busy holidays.

12 Days of Fitmas Fat Burn Exercises & Tips

Fitmas Instructions, Workout Tips & Modification Tips

As always you can modify exercises to your level and to any fitness gear you have available.  Each day’s exercise pic in the slideshow here has options and there will also be video clips to inspire and motivate over on Instagram, youtube, Pinterest and fb too.

Fitmas Instructions: Perform the exercise of the day and add any exercises from previous days to that day. For example by day 4 you’ll be starting with 4 minutes of cardio intervals followed by 3 flying presses then 2 TRX pull-ups and 1 tree pose. Finally on day 12 you’ll be doing the entire list of exercises starting with #12 all the way down to #1 which is a great circuit that won’t take very long.

  • 1  Tree Pose

  • 2  Sets TRX Pulls

  • 3  Flying Push Ups

  • 4  Minutes Cardio Intervals

  • 5  Ring Lunges

  • 6  Laying Getups

  • 7  Swan Dives

  • 8  Mermaid Planks

  • 9  Banded Dancing Side Steps

  • 10 Lunge Leaps

  • 11 Twisting Pikes

  • 12 Hard Deadlifts

Workout Tips: 1. You can mix up the order of the exercises for each day so do each day’s exercises any way that works best for your level, body, preferences. 2. Have fun with this 12 day fitness challenge. It’s all about staying active without added pressure during the busy holiday season. 3. You start this challenge anytime between the 1st and 12th of the month. If you start on the 1st of the month you can also repeat it and go through it twice for extra fat burning!

Exercise Modification Tips: As you get to the last few days of Fitmas the list may begin to look overwhelming but it’s really just one giant circuit that will take you at most 25 minutes. If any of the final days feel a bit much then feel free to take breaks and make it a longer workout or modify reps and sets. Do whatever keeps you active for the 12 days or 24 days if you’re going through the challenge twice. Follow on instagram for more tips and exercise modifications for this and all the other workouts I post here on the blog.
